Eligibility

1. Participants

The contest is open to residents of the Philippines, Canada, and USA, aged 18 years or older.

 

2. Exclusions

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dusk Wave Arts LLC and Game Con Canada are ineligible to participate.

 

3. Proof of Eligibility

Participants may be required to provide proof of residency and age.

 

Entry Requirements

1. Entry Period

The contest commences on September 8, 2025, at 09:00 AM PST and concludes at 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025. All entries must be submitted by the closing date and time.

 

2. How to Enter

To qualify, participants must invite a friend to join the Dusk Wave Arts Discord.

 

3. Entry Limit

Each participant may invite as many friends as they wish.

 

4. Originality

Invites generated by spam bots or those engaging in spamming will be disqualified. This includes using Discord to promote NFTs or other products without explicit permission, engaging in Bitcoin activities, or engaging in any activities deemed detrimental to community building.

 

Judging Criteria

1. Judging Panel

The winner will be determined based on the number of invited individuals who have joined the Discord by October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. The Discord page must reach 1000 members by October 31st.  This will be monitored by an invite tracker bot in Discord.

 

2. Tie Breaker

In the event of a tie, those involved will receive a one-week extension to surpass one another.

 

3. Decision

The judges’ decision will be final and binding.

 

Prizes

1. Prize Details

The winner will receive two 3 Day All Access weekend passes to Game Con Canada, scheduled to take place in Edmonton, Alberta, in June 2026. Airfare and hotel accommodations are not included (total value of $216.00 CAD).

 

2. Prize Notification

Winners will be notified via Discord, both in their general chat channel and through a direct message, within seven days following the contest’s closing date.

 

3. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prizes by November 15, 2025. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and the next eligible participant will be awarded the prize.

 

General Conditions

1. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the organizers using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

2. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any errors that may occur.

 

3. Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.

 

4. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

Privacy

1. Data Collection

Participants’ personal information will be collected and utilized solely for the administration of the contest.

 

2. Data Protection

The organizers will adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
